Customer Engagement Raveolution is returning to London for 2017 to showcase the very best in inspiring thought leadership, interactive presentations, and networking…with plenty of surprises throughout.

Organisers Rant & Rave promise the ‘Carnival of Ravers’ will be a day of candyfloss and Customer Experience at one of London’s most iconic music venues – Electric Brixton. Attendees are welcome to wave goodbye to the world of straight-laced corporate conferences and network in an atmosphere that allows for individuality to shine.

The unconventional event may have a circus feel, but Rant & Rave are no clowns when it comes to hosting a jamboree jam-packed with the latest CX innovations on display, and talks from leading industry personalities including Greg Reed (CEO of HomeServe), Emma Shipley (General Manager, Jamie Oliver Food Foundation), Jo Weigh (Senior CX & Change Manager, Capita M&S), Wayne Hall, Senior Manager of Reward & Engagement, Dunelm) and Hélio Vogas (Leadership & Motivational Speaker)

The event will also host the Rant & Rave Awards in which those shortlisted will compete in five categories: Passionate, Transparent, Customer Success, Disruptive, and Together.

Meanwhile, in a move that has CX insiders abuzz with anticipation, Rant & Rave promise a ‘big reveal’ on the day, where they will be unveiling a “ground-breaking, industry-first innovation for the CX industry”.

A spokesperson for HSS Hire’s Customer Care team said of the firm’s excitement at returning for another stimulating CX carnival:

“I love Raveolution. I always come away bursting with ideas to take back to the team. Last year’s was re-energising, inspiring, and thought-provoking.”
