Rant & Rave, the UK leader in real-time customer engagement technology that works with half of the FTSE including Barclays, Sky and EasyJet, today announced the appointment of Kenny Bain as its new CEO.

Bain, previously Managing Director EMEA at Verint, will oversee the execution of Rant & Rave’s ambitious growth strategy, focussing on enhancing existing customers and their CX strategies as well as identifying international expansion opportunities.

With more than 14 years of experience in the customer engagement marketplace, working in roles for global organisations such as PWC, KANA Software and Graham Technology, Bain’s appointment marks a significant investment in expansion at Rant & Rave.
